Well it has been forever since my last post. So let me catch you all up!!
Since last time I wrote....
We attended my cousins wedding. They had a sit down dinner! It was very nice.
Chloe especially enjoyed the bread and eating the scraps she found on the floor. I really appreciate her talent for finding and eating anything and everything, edible and non-edible. Today she tried to eat staples. Last week it was paint. And yes, I am familiar with lead poisening.

This was at church. Sunday school. Oh bam! Just kidding! (the "bam is from hanging out with the YW for too long).
Um us at the wedding again.
In other news, Don took the scouts on a "hike" through the city for their merit badge requirements. 20 miles. Pretty innovatve if you ask me. He has been complaining of a sore foot ever since. He invited me to attend,I gracefully declined.
And here we are at my friend's luncheon after her baby blessing.
My friend Cassie as mentioned above. Let me tell you another little story entitled:
"How I know I am not Ready for 3 Children"
Last weekend I babysat for my friend's 2 children. Boys ages 4 and 2. Very delightful young men. I took chloe with me over to her house to babysit. Well here was the course of events for the evening.
1. My cell phone dies. No biggie right, because they have a house phone....
2. Their house phones don't work for some inexplicable reason. That's awesome. Always great to be without a phone when in the care of 3 small children.
3. The 2 year old has gone #2 for the #9th time that day. Has a diaper rash so...
4. I give him a bath.
5. Put Chloe in the High chair so she would be "safe." Entrusted the 4 year old with keeping an eye on her.
6. Leave the before mentioned children unsupervised.
7. Go back to the 2 year old bathing. Decide to peek out the door to check on other children...
8. See Chloe STANDING up in the high chair, surrounded by travertine flooring.
9. Crap!
10. Yell to the 4 year old "Go watch your brother!" (To which he didn't)
11. Rescued Chloe from impending disaster and then ran back to the bathing child.
12. Tried to turn the bath water off by turning the knob, would not turn off! Was convinced the faucet was broken. Not broken, my brain was broken, all I had to do was push to turn off.
13. Dragged all 3 children upstairs to put on the bathing child's diaper.
14. Naked child pees all over carpet as soon as towel is taken off.
15. Fabulous.
16. Dragged children to neighbors house to use phone to tell someone to come now.
17. Decided I will not have another baby tomorrow.
18. Friend's plane delayed, ended up spending the night.
THE END
Today was the Sequel to the story, I will spare you the details. But if I were to write it, I would entitle it
"Chloe goes whole day without taking a nap and Melissa Gets nothing done"
By the way, I do love Chloe and children in general! Please don't get the wrong idea from this post!

Melissa, you crack me up!! I 100% agree with you about the having three children thing... I babysit my friend's 2 girls (3 and 1) quite often and always feel the same way. There is just no way to keep track of all of them at once!
Cute pics. Good to hear from ya. :)
That Chloe is a hoot! I can't WAIT to meet her...
hopefully sooner than later.
:)
Hence why I only have 2 kids. At least they can never say they were an only child, but they don't need more than one sibling right?
I was laughing so hard Melissa! I love your stories. I MISS your stories. You are definately still my funniest and favorite friend and we need to figure out when we can get together!
